These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ph143 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features. You are not eligible to register or maintain an account on ph143 if you are: (a) an employee, contractor, or agent of ph143 or any of its affiliated entities; (b) a family member of such an employee, contractor, or agent residing in the same household; (c) a person who has been self-excluded from ph143 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion arrangement; or (d) a person who has been prohibited from gaming by a court order or regulatory authority.
Each player may register and maintain only one active account on ph143. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ph143 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be voided.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your ph143 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. ph143 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
ph143 may require you to verify your identity, age, address, or payment methods at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is completed.
Your ph143 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. ph143 accounts are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the ph143 platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph143 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
ph143 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ph143 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph143 support immediately.
You must notify ph143 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. ph143 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials or have shared them with a third party.
ph143 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where supported.
Prohibited Payment Methods: ph143 does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. These restrictions are in place in compliance with Philippine payment regulations and PAGCOR guidelines.
The minimum deposit amount on ph143 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.
All deposits must be made from a payment account (GCash wallet, PayMaya wallet, or bank account) registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. ph143 reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and to suspend the receiving player account pending investigation.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your ph143 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are generally credited within 1–3 business hours, subject to the processing times of the sending bank. ph143 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals from your ph143 account may be made to the same GCash wallet, PayMaya wallet, or Philippine bank account used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name. ph143 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
ph143 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees — processing may take longer during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed; (b) any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the associated funds can be withdrawn; (c) ph143 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds; and (d) withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where ph143 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and may be processed in installments at ph143's discretion.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by ph143 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion.
ph143 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to check the validity period of any bonus credited to your account.

ph143's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph143 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph143 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph143 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ph143's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
ph143 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) ph143 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; (d) required by applicable law or regulatory authority; or (e) ph143 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform or other players.
Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and ph143's anti-fraud review process.
You may request the closure of your ph143 account at any time by contacting ph143 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of the closure process.
ph143 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the ph143 platform, you should first contact ph143 support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ph143 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to a regulatory matter, it may also be referred to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
